Abyss Demolition recognises that the demolition and asbestos removal industry can have a major impact on the environment.

In line with our Environmental Management System and our Environmental Policy, Abyss is committed to salvaging and recycling 85% of the demolition waste generated onsite.

Our experienced plant operators utilise a variety of plant and demolition attachments to ensure that the demolished materials are separated and sorted onsite. The separation of waste streams allows for maximum recovery of recyclable waste and disposal at the appropriate facility.

Abyss Demolition holds an Environmental Authority (EA) which permits works under ERA 54 – Mechanical Waste Reprocessing.
