  • Works with the client to develop demolition strategies to suit each individual project
  • Develops site specific Safe Work Method Statements
  • Provides all other documentation as required by the client including Project Quality Plans, Recycling Management Plans and Traffic Management Plans
  • Ensures the project is completed within the client’s timeframe by utilising our own equipment and various other resources at our disposal
  • Monitors each project to ensure all National Codes of Practice, Workplace Health and Safety Guidelines and international standards are followed
  • Endeavours to salvage and recycle at least 85% of all demolition waste generated onsite
  • Provides all job documentation and reports as required on completion
